🔁 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on the JM Kitchen Equipment website (jmkitchenindia.com). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, accessories, and invoice
  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging or invoice
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
  1. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@jmkitchenindia.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Clear images/video of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved:

  • We will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping
  1. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • The returned product is received and inspected
  • Approval by the JM Kitchen Equipment quality team

Refund details:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  1. REPLACEMENT POLICY
  • If a product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full or partial refund will be issued
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
  1. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
  • If the return is due to:
    • Damaged / defective / wrong product → JM Kitchen Equipment bears shipping cost
    • Any other reason → Customer bears return shipping cost
  1. IMPORTANT NOTES
  • JM Kitchen Equipment reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Refund/replacement decisions are final after inspection
  • Slight variations in product appearance may not qualify as defects
